Ariha, where we came from

Our finest medjoul date comes from Ariha (أريحا‎ Arīḥā or Jericho), a fertile region in the West Bank, Palestine. Medjoul dates demand a very specific set of growing conditions where high heat and low humidity meet. For a dry region like Ariha, medjoul date farming is a very good solution, because they require only one third of water needed to produce other fruits.

For centuries, agriculture was a dependable means through which Palestinians made a living and feel more connected to the food they consume.
